It was the biggest rip off I have experienced in a long time your advertizing is misleading there is no mention of payment for parking the room was on the ground floor so I could not open the window and it was hot no Air condition, no on site services, the price I finally paid was equal to the same as a luxurious suite in another hotel which proves that cheaper is not necessarily a bargain. I feel I should get some compensation for my discomfort.

The location was perfect! The parking was convenient in the parkade. We recieved a free newspaper in the lobby. The hotel clerk was polite.
The cement floor was not comfortable. The noise was very annoying. The teams that were there were noisy until late at night and then could here baby next door as if it was in our room.

The guest room was big and airy. No noise, and it was close to everything we needed
King sized bed was rock hard. There was one tiny mirror in the bathroom, and no other mirrors to be found. They pointed us in a direction for the parking, but we had to figure out where it was and how to get in and out. A diagram would have been nice.

Inexpensive choice when not spending much time in the room.
Beds were very firm. Lacked television.

Nothing, it sucked!
I did not like the dirtiness of the towels, the hair from a bed that supposed to be spotless, the smell from the rooms ,the excesive security measures (tones of magnetics cards that suppose to carry with you)

I really appreciated that I had a kitchen. It allowed me to cut costs for eating out. Excellent location, within walking distance to everything in downtown Edmonton. The front office staff were very friendly and helpful.
It would have been nice to have had a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. These are staple items if you have a kitchen and necessary for early morning breakfast. I also wish that the kitchen appliance kits (dishes, pots, pans, cutlery) were already in my room when I arrived. I was tired from hauling everything around - including a phone if I wanted one in my room.

Good sized rooms and good overall space in the two bedroom unit. Great location for travelers who are unfamiliar with Edmonton in general. Only 15min from West Edmonton Mall and steps from restaurants, gas, and grocery store.
Our units shower drained very slowly and overflowed the shower within minutes.

The place did not provide kitchen utensils, they had to be rented, no TV, radio, lamps or AC in rooms/suites. Also had to pay for daily parking. Beds are small for couple to sleep comfortable.

It was very close to the appointment which was early in the morning
the mattress had a plastic cover and was quite hard. There needed to be curtains on the windows to block the light from the street llights outside.only 15 tv stations to choose from. lots of sports .

The staff were rude & not helpful. The location was horrid - right in the main foyer where all the students party, not tucked off to the side like many Uni res I've stayed @, & when I phoned to address the noise they said that there's nothing they could do. The main area they talk about is a tv right by the main desk & sign in for the very drunk students.
